what is a pre-order?
a pre-order reserves your piece before it’s ready to ship. at little river co., our garments are made in limited runs, so pre-orders secure your spot and reduce waste.
how it works
- place order → reserve your piece
- collection (~2 weeks) → we gather sizes
- production (~8–9 weeks) → made to order
- shipping (2–5 days) → sent from our warehouse
timeline

payment
full payment at checkout locks your lowest price. every order is guaranteed and made just for you.
returns
you have 14 days to request a return (item must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging). email sales@littleriver.company to start a return. approved refunds are issued within ~10 business days.
shipping
us orders ship with usps, fedex, ups + more. processing time is 1–2 days once in our warehouse. if you order pre-order + in-stock, the in-stock ships first at no extra cost.
