Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

SHIPPING IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50 USD to USA & Canada.

We offer $9 flat rate shipping on orders under $50 USD to USA & Canada. 

Shipping time is within 2-5 business days. 

International Shipping

For our licensed products available in your region, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD. 

We offer $14 flat rate shipping on orders under $100 USD. 

Shipping time is 1-2 business weeks. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little River Company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@littleriver.company with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

All products can be shipped to P.O. boxes EXCLUDING oversized items such as rugs. Please provide a residential address when ordering oversized items.
